How To Treat itchy legs

If you have enough to fear the bath or shower as soon as you exit, you want to tear the skin, we must do something! Yes, but what?
This is not inevitable, there are several ways to remedy them.

  1. First, you need to do a test. It is possible that it is allergic, ie that your body reacts badly to one of your bath products.
    Choose hypoallergenic products, they are dermatologically tested and you avoid troubles of its kind. However, it is not impossible that you're still allergic to such products. That's why you must test your products, remove each one by one and see the difference.
    If you do not see any change, so it's psychological!

  2. Psychological... What power! It's amazing what our body can physically bring our anxieties.
    That is exactly what happens when you are itching to pull the skin, and is not allergic.

  3. The first way to finish is to calm down. Indeed, stress makes you a contract. And the more you eat the more you take out the stress.

    Take your time, breathe deeply, put essential oils, foam. In short, make it pleasant.

  5. Upon leaving, you may have a little stress test and you feel tingling or the beginning of an itch.
    It goes without saying that this is DO NOT SCRATCH! This is the best way to become the physical and psychological reality.
    So do not touch anything, wipe gently and if necessary, before going out, spend a jet of cold water. In addition, it is very good for your skin!
    Sit quietly and breathe, focus on your breathing.
    Now you know, breathing is the key to everything because it is the only means of direct control that we have on stress and anxiety.
