Itchy legs. Heal bumpy, red legs.

Do you wear old tennis shoes and your feet are so wet and hot that you feel like in a bog?

Then you have brought the fungus. It finds appropriate ground among the heat and humidity that will occur in bad shoes with increased perspiration. This fungus, which causes itchy legs is called ringworm. However, if there is itching on the legs inside of the thigh, the more likely it is mycosis.

Scratching itchy legs cause an additional damage to the skin and is helping the accession of more severe bacterial infection.

What you should do:
  • It is better not to scratch itchy legs because it only exacerbate the pain.

  • Keep your feet dry and use antifungal drugs and creams.

  • Wear different shoes alternately. Rather than a daily walk in the same shoes, change it, allowing it to be dry in 48 hours.

  • Change socks frequently. Take few pairs of socks with you to the work and change them several times a day.

  • Try to wear shoes made of natural leather. Waterproof footwear and plastic does not "breathe." Such footwear creates a favorable environment for harmful fungi.
